If instructed by the landlord we can also manage the property right till the end of the tenancy. You can contact us anytime; our lines are open 24/7. If you’ve seen a property you like and want to set up a viewing then give us a call or contact us via the contact form. We offer flexible viewings outside of normal working hours on weekdays and weekends. (Mon – Fri 9am-7pm and 9am-5pm weekends)
Once the application process and paperwork is completed we will work with you to find a suitable move in date. We will meet you at the property to ease the move in. To make it as smooth as possible we will complete the following with you;
Take Gas / Electric / Water meter readings
Source the best deal for energy suppliers
Notify each company of your move in date and your meter readings
Notify the council of your move in date
Go through the inventory with you to make sure you are aware of all aspects of the property
During your tenancy
Our work does not stop on the move in day. If any problems do occur during your tenancy please be assured we will handle any issues with the property with our team of reputable tradesmen.
The Tenant Fees Act 2019 (England) protects applicants/tenants from frees which had been traditionally payable. Payments now required in connection to tenancies are:
Refundable tenancy deposit
Refundable holding deposit (subject to terms)*
Payments to change the tenancy when requested by a Tenant
Payments associated with the early termination of the tenant when requested by a Tenant
Utility payments, eg; gas/electric, council tax, water, communication services, TV Licence
Late payment of rent
Replacement of lost keys/security devices
